Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Arabian Skyline Tourism, we want to make sure you have the best experience. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

1. Booking Confirmation

When you book a tour with us, we send you a confirmation email. Please review your booking details carefully. If you notice any errors, let us know immediately.

2. Cancellation by You

For cancellations 7 days or more before your tour: You will receive a full refund.
For cancellations less than 7 days before your tour: We will charge a 50% cancellation fee, and you will receive a 50% refund.
For cancellations on the day of the tour or no-shows: No refund will be given.

3. Cancellation by Us

If we need to cancel your tour for any reason (e.g., weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances), we will:

Offer you a full refund, or
Offer you another tour date, depending on your preference.

5. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
If you paid by credit card, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
